But you can only have so many meals with them before you’re ready to take a gun to your head in boredom. This dish will help alleviate some of the sameness.
Steam the broccoli or cauliflower like you usually do. In a small pan, warm up some sour cream with some curry powder mixed in. Put a couple of tablespoons of curry powder in with some big globs of sour cream. Stir till creamy and taste to see if it works for your taste buds.
Take the broccoli/cauliflower out of the steamer, pour the curry/sour cream mixture on top of it and mix it all together. If you want another change of pace, use cheese in the mix or substitute it for the curry or sour cream.
It will give the veggies a special taste and make your guests think you are a master chef.
