But it’s probably more entertaining to try and make them yourself. So get some chicken breasts, a pineapple and teriyaki sauce.
Chop the chicken into small pieces and then roll them into balls with the teriyaki sauce and juice from the pineapple. I sure hope this works. If they don’t stick together, think of something that is food-related and known for its glue-like properties and add it to the mix so the meat stays together.
Fry the balls up in olive oil.
When they are done, pat them down on a paper towel, and cut up some lettuce wraps, sprinkle in some bean sprouts, cilantro and shredded carrots and dump 2-3 of the meatballs in there and see how it tastes.
That’s a good meal, and good for you. Let me know how it goes and maybe I’ll try it. For now I’m sticking with Costco’s meatballs.
