them together into soup with some onions and garlic creates a combination you
may want to try. Here’s how:
Get a few cans of Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom
soup. I know, I know, that sounds
cheap. But you know what? It’s easy.
Read the label and get three or four cans
simmering.
Take a bag of fresh spinach, chop it up.
Pour olive oil into a large frying pan. Mince about half a large yellow
onion. Slice up a small container
of fresh mushrooms.
When the oil is hot, throw this entire mixture in,
along with some garlic (bought in a jar).
This gives you a mixture of the pre-made (soup) with fresh (spinach,
mushrooms and onion). You won’t
feel so bad now about using the Campbell’s soup to start.
Simmer the spinach/garlic/onion/mushroom mixture until soft. Pour it into the pot with the cream ofmushroom soup. Stir.
Taste it. It should be ready
quickly. Serve it with a hunk of bread.
People will think you are a genius.
