The Bacon-Cheese-Jalapeno Wrap

If you’d like to plug your arteries, follow me.  This dish is guaranteed to raise your cholesterol and evacuate your bowels.  It’s the bacon-cheese-jalapeno wrap.  It sounds delicious and it is.

What can be better than cheese and bacon?  How about cheese, bacon and jalapenos?

Pull out a large tortilla, layer it with grated cheese and jalapenos.  After this massive preparatory maneuver, pull our 3-4 slices of bacon and fry them up the way you like.  Get the jar of jalapeno peppers out of the frig.

Sprinkle grated Mexican or cheddar cheese (or your favorite) heavily on the tortilla, then place jalapenos on top, and microwave for about a minute and 20 seconds.  Check to see if the cheese is fully melted.

If you like a crispy tortilla, fry it up lightly in some butter.  This will increase the artery clogging capabilities of this wrap.

Drain the bacon, and put it on top of the tortilla melt, roll it up, and cut it in half.  The cheese will ooze out. The flavor will ooze into your mouth.  Don’t eat too many of these before your next physical.  Your digestive track will be cleaned, but your cholesterol might be through the roof.
